About Athletic Development
Athletic development is for youth who are looking to take the next steps in learning skills that can improve strength, power, and speed. The programming will include structured jumping, sprinting, and strength training to improve overall athletic development. Youth will complete sport performance testing and perform strength training using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
