Athletic development is a youth jumping, sprinting, and strength program. The programming will accommodate the experience level of the child. Beginners will be exposed to many different types of jumping, sprinting, and lifting techniques. A major focus is placed on improving the skills associated with jumping, sprinting, and lifting techniques. In addition, youth will be introduced to sports performance testing. More emphasis will be placed on sports performance testing and tracking development during strength training to ensure increases in jumping and sprinting performance, along with strength gains for the youth with experience in the programming.
