Physical fitness and wellness in youth is on a steady decline. Youth have limited access to information to improve knowledge and skills necessary to combat lower physical fitness and wellness. The mission of Well-Fit is to provide online educational content and in-person programming to improve physical fitness and wellness in youth. 

The engaging, personalized, and interactive educational content is designed to provide physical and wellness knowledge via STEM learning, while encouraging healthy habits. The center conducts research that examines the role of physical activity, exercise, nutrition, and maturation on physical and metabolic health in youth.
