About Jayhawk Performance
Jayhawk Performance is a youth strength and conditioning and research program within the University of Kansas Well-Fit Center. Our programs focus on developing healthy, fit, strong, and resilient young athletes using the tenets of long-term athletic development. We also act as an educational and research hub for students, coaches, parents, and others working with young athletes.

Our vision is to be a world leader in youth athletic development and sports science while serving KU and our surrounding communities.
The mission of Jayhawk Performance is to introduce youth populations to strength and conditioning activities with the purpose of providing the opportunity for everyone to develop confidence, healthy relationships with physical activity, and social connectedness with their peers.
Jayhawk Performance strives to maintain an environment that embodies the core values of fun, character, work ethic, respect, and safety while enhancing self-esteem, promoting self-confidence, and cultivating a lifelong passion for maintaining physical activity.
