Athletic Development
All youth, regardless of experience, can participate in the Athletic Development program. Youth who are beginners will be introduced to a variety of jumping, sprinting, and lifting techniques, with a strong focus on skill development. They are also introduced to sports performance testing. For the more experienced youth, greater emphasis is placed on performance testing and tracking progress in strength training to improve jumping, sprinting, and strength. The programing will prepare youth for middle school and high school strength programs and sports.”
Costs ($15 per session) for the programing will support undergraduate and graduate student research and travel to conferences.

Summer Session: May 26th through July 30th
Dates: Tuesday and Thursday (20 sessions)
Times: Two start times. 10 am or 11 am.
